Stop At: Montepulciano - Lunch in winery 🍝🍷🌿

Our driver will pick you up at your location (hotel, B&B, or private apartment) at 8:30 AM, and together we’ll embark on a scenic drive through the picturesque hills of Tuscany.

At around 10:00 AM, we’ll arrive at the main square of Montepulciano, where you’ll explore the charming streets of this historic town. During our visit, we’ll stop at two historic cellars, remarkable for their gigantic oak barrels used to age the renowned Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG and Rosso di Montepulciano DOC.

Next, we’ll enjoy a guided tour and wine tasting experience in the atmospheric cellars. This will be accompanied by a delicious Tuscan lunch, offering the perfect blend of local flavors and traditional recipes.

During your visit, you’ll enjoy a free exploration of the town, wandering through its picturesque streets filled with artisan shops and local specialties. Pienza is celebrated for its Pecorino cheese, considered one of the finest in Italy. Among its many varieties, the “sotto cenere” (aged under ashes) stands out for its unique flavor and ancient tradition, reflecting the area’s deep-rooted history in cheesemaking, which dates back to the earliest settlements.
